'Indigo Monsters' is a collaborative project between myself, Shin Koyama (Japan), and Pepijn van den Nieuwendijk (The Netherlands), which began in 2010 when we met in Jingdezhen, China, renowned for its blue and white porcelain.

Inspired by the Surrealist exquisite corpse drawing method, we used the international post to exchange sections of drawings. This collaborative process allowed us to explore the spontaneity and creativity of cross-cultural artistic exchange.
