Love takes on many shapes, forms, and flavors, and the language of food often expresses its nuances. We describe lovers as sweet, relationships that sour, and unrequited feelings as bitter.

In my interactive ‘LoveLAB’ performance, I invite participants to explore their ideal lover and literally taste the result. It begins with a short questionnaire, with each answer tied to a specific ingredient.

I then craft a bespoke canapé, served in my handmade porcelain flower dishes. This personalised culinary experience allows participants to savour a flavour that embodies their unique vision of love.
