I am delighted to share with you my latest project: a unique collaboration with French chef Clement Hernandez

POSITIVE DINING - From Clay to Cuisine. 

Together, we create an interactive culinary experience based on our shared techniques and our passion for fire. By harnessing heat, we transform raw materials into something beautiful and creative. Utilising similar tools and techniques such as cookie cutting, rolling pin, pinching and glazing, we bring our culinary vision to life. 

This immersive POSITIVE DINING experience is sure to tantalise your taste buds and delight your senses. 

We hope that you will join us on our culinary journey and enjoy the delicious flavours and creations that this collaboration has to offer.
